We’re going to eat this season. It’s just going to happen.
Thanksgiving is over, Christmas is upon us, and New Year’s Eve sneaks up behind all of it to cap off 2016 with platters full of dips, appetizers, drinks, and meals served in portion sizes too big for a grizzly bear.
So why not gain something else this season in addition to the inevitable?
How about gaining some motivation, knowledge, or a plan to get into great shape?
The motivation to do something about ourselves and take control of our health comes from within, but much of the time we don’t even know where to find it.
The knowledge we need to come up with a plan is all around us, but there’s so much misinformation and “bro science” out there, it can be hard to discern how to even get started with a workout/nutrition routine.
A health plan can be almost impossible to follow if we aren’t even doing the right exercises and eating the right foods in the first place, especially without the knowledge and motivation!
